 Lindsay Lohan has obtained a restraining order against the man she dubbed a stalker when she exposed him online. 

The actress posted a surveillance video grab of the man she claims has been threatening to kill her on her website earlier this week.

Lohan, who is facing a summer jail stint, admitted she's "scared" in a tweet to fans

 which linked them to the photo of a bearded man online, now identified as David Cocordan.

The “Mean Girls” star wrote, "This is the freemason stalker that has been threatening to kill me - while he is TRESPASSING! im actually scared now.

"The blood in the 'cults' book was too much - all my fans, my supporters, please stand by me."

Lindsay Dee Lohan was born in New York City on 2 July 1986 to Dina Lohan and Michael Lohan. She began her career at age three as a model at the Eileen Ford Agency, and made appearances in over 60 television commercials, including spots for The Gap, Pizza Hut, Wendy's and Jell-O (opposite Bill Cosby). Lohan made her acting debut in 1996 as the third actress to play Ali Fowler in the television drama "Another World" (1964). Shortly afterward she was hand-picked by Oscar-nominated writer Nancy Meyers as estranged twin sisters in an adaptation by Walt Disney Pictures of a novel by Erich Kästner, which marked Meyers' directorial debut. Lohan's first feature film, The Parent Trap (1998), a remake of The Parent Trap (1961), was a modest commercial success, earning her widespread critical acclaim and a Young Artist award for Best Leading Young Actress in a Feature Film, as well as Blockbuster Entertainment and YoungStar award nominations.

After signing a three-movie contract with Disney, she returned to the small screen to star in the made-for-TV movies Life-Size (2000) (TV) (opposite Tyra Banks) and Get a Clue (2002) (TV) (opposite Bug Hall). Her next acting role was the title character in the comedy Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen (2004), a Disney adaptation of the novel by Dyan Sheldon. The film received scathing reviews upon its release and died a quick death at the box office, but even the harshest of critics were impressed by Lohan's charming turn as aspiring actress Lola.

Lohan's next project, Mean Girls (2004), saw her reunite with Freaky Friday (2003) director Mark Waters. Inspired by a non-fiction book by Rosalind Wiseman and written by "Saturday Night Live" (1975) scribe Tina Fey, the high-school comedy-drama opened to glowing reviews and grossed $86 million in the US. This earned her status as a bankable actress, and a salary of $7.5 million for the Donald Petrie romantic comedy Just My Luck (2006).

One of the most sought-after young actresses in the industry, she starred in Bobby (2006) (opposite Demi Moore and Sharon Stone), the Disney fantasy adventure Herbie Fully Loaded (2005) (a pseudo-sequel to The Love Bug (1968)) and the critically acclaimed A Prairie Home Companion (2006). On top of a thriving film career Lohan also launched a music career, releasing her debut album, "Speak," which hit shelves in December 2004.

In 2009 Lohan launched her own fashion line titled 6126, mainly focusing on the production of women's leggings. By spring she launched a self-tanning spray line titled "Sevin Nyne" and by the end of the year she became an artistic designer for fashion house Ungaro.

This week Sir Elton John, 64, and husband David Furnish, 48, confirmed that superstar Lady Gaga is the godmother of their 4-month-old son, Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John.
During a "20/20" interview that aired Friday, host Barbara Walters asked the couple about their decision to select the controversial "Judas" singer for the special honor.
"A lot of people said, 'Oh, that's crazy,'" Elton revealed. "And they don't know her, and we do."
Elton suggested that the public not judge the singer born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta by her stage persona alone. "When you get to the real person underneath, there's a simple girl who loves her parents," he said.

David anticipates Lady Gaga helping navigate Zachary's future interest in music. "Zachary's going to inherit an incredible musical legacy from his father one day, and she will be a good person to guide him through the ins and outs of the music business, 'cause she sure knows everything about the business now," he said.

Actor Charlie Sheen said in Florida he is short one "goddess."
Sheen, continuing his traveling "Violent Torpedo of Truth" variety show at the BankAtlantic Center in Ft. Lauderdale Saturday, said "goddess" Rachel "Bree" Olson broke up with him via text message.
The fired star of the television comedy "Two and a Half Men" said he would like to hug troubled actress Lindsay Lohan and tell her that everything would be all right.
Sheen also said he wants his old job back.

His guests included former NBA player Dennis Rodman and comedian Jeff Ross, who said he is used to roasting "classier people," and challenged Sheen's rants of "winning."
"If you're winning, there must be something wrong with the scoreboard," Ross said.
Sheen's show hasn't won much praise, but he continues to draw fans.
"I was curious. And like every American male, I fantasize about all of things he's about, like the sex, the drugs and the prostitution," said Mike Zyla, 40, of Deerfield Beach.
Zyla said bad reviews of the show didn't bother him.
"I spent the money. I knew what I was in for," Zyla said.
Sheen told the audience billionaire Donald Trump allegedly gave him a set of fake cuff links. He offered gift-givers a bit of advice.
"Don't give fake jewelry to someone who can figure out if it's fake," Sheen said.

“I will not mention names, but some people in the news over the past two weeks, just what they are doing?” It’s crazy, “said De Niro. “They are making statements about people that even a backup. Go get the facts before you start saying things about people.”

When Williams asked about whether he was referring to the Celebrity Apprentice star, De Niro replied affirmatively and added. “It’s liked a big rush it’s like being a car salesman.

“Do not go out there and say things unless you can back up. How dare you?” That’s terrible to do. To just go out and talk and say these terrible things? Unless you want to more and do the job. It’s crazy. ”

Trump has previously revealed that staff hired investigators to search the house where the president.

The business tycoon has hinted he might run for office in 2012 and is expected to make an official announcement in June.

Celebrity heiress Paris Hilton rocked the Marchesa Resort 2011 dress in February for the launch of her “Passport” fragrance collection in Riverside, California. The starlet, who will soon headline the reality series “The World According to Paris,” accessorized with simple nude pumps and a wavy, side-swept ‘do.

Way back in September 2010, Pinto wore the same gown for a dinner to celebrate the premiere of her film “Miral” at the Toronto Film Festival in Canada. Freida paired her one-shoulder satin organza dress with purple Ferragamo pumps and a black-and-silver studded clutch.
The dress suits both ladies beautifully, but Freida’s dark tresses and gorgeous skin tone really make the dress pop, and her color-coordinated heels are the perfect accessory. For me, Ms. Pinto wins this battle hands down.
